Returns for Physical Products
We accept returns for tangible items purchased through Herrmann, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital product offerings, including but not limited to:
- Online assessments
- Digital downloads
- Subscription-based services
- Access to digital learning content
All digital purchases are considered final sale upon completion of the transaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions & Additional Terms
- Herrmann reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
- If a refund is delayed beyond the expected processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
