WHAT:

  • What is reported issue? 
    A Thinker is not receiving a confirmation email as requested. Is someone trying to set up an account to take an assessment but not receiving the confirmation email?

HOW:

  • How to go about solving this issue?
    • Has the thinker checked their spam/junk email folder? If yes, and no confirmation email is found there, then go to the next questions.
    • Can the thinker check with their IT department to find out if emails from admin@hbdi.com are being blocked? Please make sure that admin@hbdi.com is whitelisted as it is an important email for communication with our Team. 
    • Has the thinker set up an account in our system? 
      Our system does not tell users if it cannot find an email address in the system to avoid possible security vulnerabilities. But creating an account is easy by using the invitation email the thinker has received. 

WHO:

  • Who is involved in this process?
    Any thinker who has requested but not received a confirmation email from our system. 

WHY:

  • Why is it important to read this article? 
    Because any thinker can try to figure out anytime why they are not receiving a confirmation email from our system and how to go about it.
