If you're seeing this error message it means you're not using the email address selected by your practitioner. Here are a few things you can try:
• Are you registering with the same email address that the practitioner sent this link to or another address? Try using the address you received this email at.
• Are you registering with a personal email address? Try your work email address.
• Did you type your address in correctly?
