Preference Map with Under Pressure Scores

WHAT:

Some Herrmann Practitioners have requested an additional report that is the Preference Map with Initials AND with the Under Pressure scores.

We have the Preference Map with Initials available, but Herrmann hasn’t prepared a report for the Preference Map with initials with the Under Pressure scores….YET.

HOW:

In the meantime, here are some simple steps to provide the report that you can add into a PowerPoint presentation…

My favorite way to go…

WHY:

You will likely want to provide the team report to the team AND you will want to encourage that team to use their data in their own Thinker Portal.  This process allows you to prepare both and supplement your presentation.

Let’s Go!

Select a set of assessments or an assessment group to report on (not shown to protect data privacy).

And then scroll down to select the Team Report Facilitator version:

Click Generate Report

Enter the Data about this Group:

Click Generate Report (again)

Now comes the fun part!

The new info below allows you to do TWO things  (do both!)

Download the report so you have the Team Report for the Team presentation

AND

Go back to this page to Create Team. 

You’ll see this page appear WITH the Team members already selected.

Now you’ll need to select the Organization (data role) that these Thinkers belong to.

Give the Team a Name…that the participants will recognize on their Thinker Portal

And then select one of the Team members to be the “Manager”

SAVE the team.

Next you can view that team

Here’s how…

In the Practitioner Tools where you have been working, look for

SEARCH FOR > TEAMS

The Team you just created will be in the list…likely at the top since the list is ordered chronologically.

Click View for the Team you want to report on

Click the “tab” Understand My Team

The Under My Team Page is quite long, so you’ll need to scroll a bit.

The Preference Map with Initials will be shown on the right side of the page.

There you can toggle between the General and Under Pressure Profiles

AND

As you hover over the map, you’ll see a little download icon in the upper right corner of the graphic.

As a Certified Practitioner or Assistant, you can download that Preference Map view to use at your discretion whilst working with the Team.
