Who does this help?
In the past, a Certified Practitioner (CP) would have the option to either add the HBDI® Digital to an Invitation or generate HBDI® Digital for a Thinker, somewhat manually. But now that the Thinker Portal is more widely accessed by Thinkers around the globe, CPs no longer have to add the HBDI® Digital to Invitations or manually add the HBDI Digital to any Thinker who completed the HBDI in Axon.
How does it work?
Thinkers can now go to the Thinker Portal: https://journey.herrmannsolutions.net to access their HBDI® Digital after they unlock their results. (Note: Some regions do not have automated access to the Thinker Portal: currently Japan & China.)
In order to maintain control as a Certified Practitioner after a Thinker gets access to their results, the Practitioner can either provide the Thinker with a Custom Code that they have included in the invitation process, or they can provide the Thinker with their Preference Code. Please note that until the Thinker is provided with either code, their HBDI Results will remain "locked."
Unlocking HBDI® Results
NOTE: If the Thinker has been given access to the Thinker journey e-learning activities, they will be able to unlock their HBDI® results by going through the series of learning activities in the "My Journey" tile on the Thinker Portal.
If a Thinker is not using the Journey activities to unlock their HBDI® Results, they'll need either the Custom Code the CP entered in creating the Invitation, or their Preference Code (example: 1122 or 1121 etc.) provided to the Thinker by the CP.
Once a Thinker has completed and submitted the HBDI® Assessment, they'll see a page that provides a link to the Thinker Portal. This link is also sent to them in a confirmation email.
When a Thinker arrives at the Thinker Portal, their page should look like the image shown below:
Clicking on the "Unlock Your Results" or "Resume" next to the “Get My Results” option will open the page shown below:
Here the Thinker will enter either the Custom Code provided by the CP or their HBDI® Preference Code-the four digit code that contains 1's, 2's or 3's (example: 1231).
Once unlocked, the Thinker will be taken to the opening page of the HBDI® Digital Results.
Why does this matter?
Unlocking the HBDI Results is a very important part of the learning journey.
