This article can help you to add your Herrmann® Profile to a Zoom background, your email signature, and, other applications in order to share your preferences by way of the Herrmann® Profile graphics.
Make your Herrmann® Profile Social:
Add it to your portrait
The imagery and the colors of the HBDI® results are powerful in communicating your thinking preferences.
Allow people to quickly and easily have insights to some of your preferences by creating an image to use with internal tools.
How:
1-In the sharing tile of the Thinker portal
2-Click on ‘view my profile’
3- Use the little download icon next to the profile circle to download your profile circle.
4- Paste the downloaded image into PowerPoint or Google Slides and use the crop tool, to crop the image into a circle.
5- Insert your favorite head shot onto the slide.
6- Use the crop tool to crop the head shot into a circle. (make sure to bring the head shot to the front) .
7- Place your cropped head shot on top of the cropped HBDI® circle frame.
8- Right click to group, and right click to save as image.
You can now use your head shot with HBDI® frame for all of your directories.
Take Your Results Anywhere (Virtually)
Add it to your virtual background
Being indoors and having to take meetings virtually can get stale. Liven them up with some Whole Brain® Thinking flare by adding your profile to a virtual background.
How:
In the "My HBDI Results" tile of the Thinker portal,
1- Click on ‘view my profile’,
2- Use the little download icon next to the profile circle to download your profile circle.
3- Paste the screenshot into PowerPoint or Google Slides and use the crop tool, to
crop the image into a circle.
4- Insert an image to use as your virtual background onto the slide.
5- Bring your cropped profile to the front and position it toward the left or right of the background image.
6- Group them and save as an image
7- Using your virtual meeting settings, insert the created image as your new virtual background for your next meeting.
