In preparation, we want to make sure you’re comfortable with the changes to the HBDI® assessment and the profile reports so that you understand how it will impact debriefs with your Thinkers. The good news is that it’s going to make it easier!

Here’s a summary of some of the key updates that impact the HBDI® assessment, individual, pair and team reports:

WHAT:

  • Improved language and readability
  • Color icons highlight preferences for quick reference, improved 20 questions layout

WHY:

  • Perceived privacy issues, questions/concerns
  • Flexibility of scaling
    • Greater flexibility in the future for evolving both the questions and profile
