Research Section of the HBDI® Assessment

In the past few years, we’ve made updates to the Research portion of the HBDI® Assessment.

These changes will allow Herrmann to provide greater insights to our Certified Practitioners while continuing to innovate exciting new features for the Herrmann Platform.  Most of these research questions are optional for the user.

Details of the changes to the HBDI® Assessment are below:

Additional "Text" Research Questions

WHAT:

Just before a Thinker finishes the HBDI® assessment, they will see this page:

Before_research_questions.JPGThe page explains that the next few questions are for research purposes only.  This page refers to new questions which has been added to the Research section of the HBDI® assessment.  There are two versions.  One version presents an image and requests Thinkers enter into a text box how they would describe the image to a friend or colleague.  The other version presents a problem statement and asks the Thinker to describe the process they would take to address the problem.

These questions and answers do not affect the HBDI® assessment results / scores at all.  They are randomly offered to English speaking Thinkers, and some Thinkers may not be offered an extra question at all to fortify the random qualities of these research questions.

EXAMPLE Questions are displayed below...though these questions will change from time to time.

HOW:

In the Research section of the HBDI® Assessment, Thinkers will be randomly selected to receive one of the new research questions or no research question at all.

WHO:

All Thinkers who are invited to complete the HBDI® Assessment will have the possibility of being presented one of the research questions.

WHY:

These research questions will allow us to collect data for the purpose of developing new platform features and services to support Thinkers and our Certified Practitioners.
