WHAT: Organizations can allow any Thinker to Create a Team
-
Teams on the Herrmann Platform are a great resource for Thinkers
- Allowing any Thinker to create a team gives the Thinkers of that Team ready access to their Team data
HOW: Instructions for "Turning On" the Ability for Any Thinker To Create Their Team for the Herrmann Platform
STEP 1: A Herrmann Administrator must turn on this feature for an organization first. So be sure to ask your Herrmann Representative to turn on "Team Permissions: Gives Organizational Administrators ability to give their thinkers permission to create, edit, delete teams"
STEP 2: Once a Herrmann Admin has turned on the feature, now an Organizational Administrator will need to login to their Organization's self service tools:
STEP 3: From The Organizational Admin Tools, use the right menu to go to "Settings" and then simply tick the box under Organization Permissions for Create and Edit Teams
That's it! Your Organization is now ready to encourage any Thinker to create a team.
NOTE: Thinkers must have unlocked their own HBDI® results AND they must grant permission to share their results in their Thinker Portal, in order to create a team.
