The navigation bar allows you to quickly access different parts of the Herrmann Platform from Thinker Portal and Org Admin.

Clicking Home will take you to the Thinker Portal homepage.
Learning
Hovering over Learning opens a dropdown with two options:

Learning Journey
Clicking Learning Journey takes you to the start of Journey.
Learning Portal
Note: Only users with the Learning Portal enabled can see this link.
Clicking Learning Portal takes you out of the Herrmann Platform and into LearnUpon.

Clicking My HBDI® will take you to the Four Quadrants section of your personal HBDI Digital.

Invitations & Assessments
Clicking Invitations & Assessments takes you to Axon Practitioner.
Admin Tools
Clicking Admin Tools takes you to Org Admin.
Think Store
Clicking Think Store takes you into the Think Store within Practitioner Portal.
Admin Tools
Note: Only Org Admins can see this dropdown. This dropdown only appears when you are in the Admin Tools. It does not appear on Thinker Portal.

Clicking the HBDI® Mobile App takes you to a page from which you can download the iOS and Android versions of the mobile app.
Install Stop & Think
Note: Only organizations with Stop & Think enabled can see this link.
Clicking Install Stop & Think opens a page where you can download Stop & Think for Microsoft Teams.
Team/Teammate Search
Team/Teammate Search allows you to search for teams or teammates in one place. To search, type the name of your team or teammate and click the search button.
Note: Only users who have Sharing enabled can see the Team/Teammate Search.
Profile
Your Profile is represented by a circle containing your initials. Hovering over your Profile opens a drop-down with three options:

Clicking Account Settings takes you to your Account Settings page.

How does the Navigation Bar work?
The navigation bar provides links to various parts of the Herrmann Platform. The navigation bar can be found across Thinker Portal and Org Admin.
Which parts of the platform have the Navigation Bar?
The navigation bar can be found across Thinker Portal and Org Admin. Axon currently has its own navigation system.
Who has access to the Navigation Bar?
By default, all users have the navigation bar, and they cannot opt out of it.
Do all users see the same links in the Navigation Bar?
All users see the same core links in the Navigation bar. However, certain additional links are dependent on your role and your organization’s enabled features.
