The tool generates personalized responses that incorporate each thinking perspective, ensuring comprehensive solutions that consider every angle of a problem.

Before you can use AI Action Plans, you must accept the Terms and Conditions.

Before you continue To use this feature, you must acknowledge that your HBDI® profile data will be shared with our AI providers in an anonymized format. No personally identifiable information (PII) is included, and your data is used solely to generate personalized outputs based on your thinking preferences.

By selecting Accept, you agree to share your anonymized HBDI® profile data with our AI providers for this purpose.

You can ask for help with anything like: “How do I prepare for my 1:1?”

@Mention teammates to tailor responses to their thinking too. Don't worry—no personally identifiable information (PII) is shared about the individuals you mention.

You can enter your own prompt in the Text Prompt field, or you can use a starter prompt.

Starter prompts are provided to help spark your creativity. The prompts all complete the starter text in the Text Prompt field: “I need too…”

Clicking a starter prompt will automatically add the prompt to the Text Prompt field.

There are fifty possible starter prompts. You will see three different prompts each time you load the page. Example starter prompts include the following:

  • “…develop a long-term vision”
  • “…pitch a new initiative to cross-functional partners”
  • “…increase self awareness at work”

@Mentions

Type the @ symbol in the Text Prompt field to open a menu of teammates that you can mention in your prompt.

Mentioning teammates will help the Whole Brain AI tailor its response to you and your teammates' thinking preferences.

Clicking the Submit button within the Text Prompt field sends your prompt to the Whole Brain AI.

New Chat Button

Clicking the New Chat button starts a new chat.

Copy Button

Clicking the Copy button copies AI Action Plan’s latest response.

Feedback Button

Clicking the Feedback button launches a pop-up that collects your feedback about AI Action Plans.


How do I access AI Action Plans?

You can access AI Action Plans by clicking the AI Action Plans button in the Navigation Bar.


Which LLMs does AI Action Plans use?

Currently, AI Action Plans only uses OpenAI LLMs.


Which Feature Flag controls access to AI Action Plans?

Access to AI Action Plans is controlled by the AI on Herrmann Platform feature flag.

AI Action Plans are for teams and individuals seeking to enhance their ideation process, decision-making capabilities, and collaborative outcomes through using their whole brain.


Why do AI Action Plans matter?
