The Herrmann ThinkStore

WHAT:

• The Herrmann ThinkStore - Your brain's favorite store is the place to go for all your digital and physical product needs. 
• April 2025 saw the release of the new upgraded store experience and this walkthrough will help you familiarize yourself with the changes.

HOW:

• The Practitioner Portal was retired and in its place, the store received a significant upgrade offering a more seamless experience with more content than the previous site. 
• The difference is largely cosmetic but offers a more robust back-end for higher performance and ease of future updates and visuals. 
• You can access this new Store with your user ID you used for the Practitioner Portal and request a new password.

WHO:

• The Herrmann ThinkStore is available to all Certified Practitioners with an active subscription to the Herrmann Platform.

WHY:

• This is an important step in our journey to improve the customer experience with better, more modern, robust platforms that are easier to use and offer a consistent and smooth experience.
• This will offer Practitioners not only a place to purchase additional Seats and/or materials for their workshops, but will offer an impactful home page with useful links out to the platform and helpful pages.
