HOW TO: Access Zoom Meetings for Your Certification Workshop

• In this article, we will show you how to access the Zoom Meeting invitations for your Certification workshop sessions.

STEP 1: Log into the Herrmann Learning Portal.

STEP 2: From the Home page, click the My Learning tab toward the top left of your screen.

STEP 3: Under the Courses header, click the course that shows your certification dates with an accompanying thumbnail that says START HERE / Deadline: Before the TECH CALL.

STEP 4: If you haven't already, click the Start button on the middle left side of your screen.

STEP 5: Under the Course Contents menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to items 9-17 where the (Tech Call, Group Debrief Experience, Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, and Post Call) meetings are listed.

STEP 6: When it is time for your meeting, click on the header for your desired call and click Join session toward the top right side of your screen.
