Unable to login...
WHAT:
The Herrmann Platform now uses a login system aligned with Auth0. This system provides extra protection for your login information.
While logging into The Herrmann Platform (Axon) you might receive the following message:
"wrong email or password"
If the system is not recognizing your email and/or password it could be a due to a misspelled email, password, or both. In rare cases, you might be trying to use credentials for an account that doesn't exist or for an account that has been locked due to too many unsuccessful login attempts. Below are things to check for to ensure that you are logging into the right place and using the correct credentials.
HOW:
Please note that emails and passwords are case sensitive.
Incorrect Credentials
Sometimes users will accidentally use incorrect credentials to try to access their accounts. Beware of case sensitivities, and potential incorrect spellings of emails and/or passwords.
- Example :

Email: Test.Acct@test.com (Correct) vs test.acct@test.com (Incorrect/no uppercase letters)
Password: Password8! (Correct) vs password8! (Incorrect/no uppercase letters)

Note: If a user were to enter the credentials using the incorrect cases, they would get a the "wrong email or password" error.
Copying and Pasting Credentials & Additional Spacing
When a you attempt to copy and paste your email and password on a Windows and Mac operating system, sometimes it adds an additional space to copied text by default. If you are pasting your credentials in, it might be adding that additional space causing an error. To avoid this error, ensure that there are no spaces before attempting to log in.
Resetting Your Password
If the above steps don't work, you can also reset your password by using the "Forgot Password steps.
- Or from the log in page, you can click "Need login help."
- Enter your email address.
- Click Reset My Password.
- You will receive an email from admin@hbdi.com with a link and instructions on how to reset your password.
- If you're not sure of the email address you used for your Herrmann Account, please use the "Need login help" option and then:
(NOTE: Password reset emails are only good for one use. If a user happens to make a mistake while resetting their password, they'll need to do the above again.)

Watch for an email from admin@hbdi.com and be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you don't see the email in your inbox!
You may also want to ask your IT Department to allow emails from admin@hbdi.com
