Resources available to you:
My Journey
Self-directed learning of some of the Whole Brain® basics and exploring their HBDI® results on your own time can allow time to fully explore applications of Whole Brain Thinking and dig deeper into the application.
These "My Journey" learning activities consist of:
- content rich micro e-learning videos
- interactive game like exercises
- self-reflection journaling opportunities
Related to this "tile" are two additional "tiles":
- Video Library: An easy access to videos you've already watched in the My Journey tile
- My Journal: An easy access to the journal activities you've taken part in during your walk through in the e-learning journey.
Preference Code Search
You'll have the ability to look up the generic code for other HBDI profiles to learn more about your colleagues.
My HBDI Results
View your HBDI Assessment Results in brief or in detail by viewing "Explore My Results" with a step by step walk-through as a reminder of your results.
Sharing
In this "tile" you can opt in to sharing your HBDI results and additional personalization opportunities that will provide insights to others in your organizations about your thinking preferences. Once you've shared your profile by "Granting Permission", you will be able to search for other "Thinkers" in your organization who have also opted in to sharing their profile.
Teams
In the Teams "tile" you will be able to view group data for Teams that have been created for you.
Team members need to have taken the HBDI© assessment and opted in to sharing their profile. Your HBDI© Certified Practitioner will then create your team.
- Open up team member profiles before 1-1s: Before meeting with your peers or manager, you can leverage the information to better work and collaborate with them.
- Read through the Understand My Team section: The Understand My Team can help you better understand your team members, and how to work with them, as well as helping you see patterns in how your team approaches problems or interacts.
