Searching Tools


From the Main Navigation, you can determine what entities you want to search for.

Once you’ve determined what you need to find, you can begin using the Search filters.Choose from “Contains” “Equals” “Starts With” for example. Each of these can limit the search. Contains is a standard, but for some

If you struggle to find an item, you may want to broaden your
search, or look for a portion of the text.

Searching for Assessments

Finding Assessments is “easy!”


Search by First Name, Last Name or both
Example: First name John Last Name Smith
Search by email addresses.
Search for multiple email addresses at once
Search for Company names
Search for only completed Assessments


Tips:
Search for multiple assessments by using the Search by Last Name. Change the filter to be “Equals” (instead of contains) then enter last names with a space between each name you are searching for:Example:

Example: Smith Jones Wilson Baker
Search for multiple assessments by using the Search for multiple email addresses. You can copy and paste a list of email addresses from other sources and look for all the assessments you need at once.

You can also search for Assessment Groups and Invitations using the search tools displayed below.
