Do you ever need a list of names of the Thinkers from a Group for some other purpose? For example you want to put the names of Thinkers on your invoice.
Or do you wish you could email a group of people after a session?
From the Assessment Groups option in the menu, select the Group you would like to use.
Then, “Edit” the Group.
In Edit Mode you will see a button that says “Copy Names”
Simply click the button and a window will open that allows you to Control C/Copy the list of names to your Clipboard. From there, you can paste the list of names to a Power Point Slide, to an Invoice, or other uses you may have.
From the Invitations list, choose the Invitation and “Edit” the Invitation.
In Edit Mode, scroll down to the option that says “I want to copy all emails from this invitation so I can send a custom email.”
This copy feature will allow you to copy the email addresses from the invitation and then paste those email addresses into your own email template.
Now you can easily follow-up with a group. For example:
"It was great having you at the Whole Brain® Communication session last week. Have you been practicing your communication skills we discussed? How can I help?"
