- Go to the Assessments or Assessment Groups page. Use the search filter to locate the required profiles.
- Click on the check box next to each profile you wish to attach the data role to.
- Find the Batch Action button on the upper left part of the page.

- From the Batch Actions drop-down, select Add to Data Role Selected.

- Begin typing the name of the Data Role you wish to add to the profiles. When you find it, click on it.

- Once it is selected, click the OK button. The page will refresh. The profiles have had the selected Data Role assigned to them.
