Accessing HBDI® Assessment Results on the Herrmann Platform

Thinkers receive access to their HBDI® Assessment results on the Herrmann Platform after completing their assessment, available on the Thinker Portal. 

However, depending on the type of invitation to the assessment the Thinker is given, they may take different steps to access their results.

Where to Access HBDI® Results

Within the Thinker Portal, there are two places where Thinkers can access their results:

1. The learning modules under My Journey
2. HBDI® Digital

The learning modules under My Journey

Many Herrmann users will access their HBDI® Assessment and Whole Brain® Thinking learnings through the My Journey tile on the Thinker Portal homepage. 

Thinkers will take their assessment in the Welcome module, and as they continue forward, they will open the additional modules that will guide them through their Whole Brain® Thinking learning path. 

Please note: the learning modules open differently to Thinkers depending on the type of invitation and learning path decided on by their organization.

HBDI® Digital

After Thinkers have received their assessment results (either in the Understanding My Profile learning module or a debrief with their CP), they will have access to the My HBDI® Results tile on the Thinker Portal homepage.

To view your results, click Explore My Results in the tile. 

If the tile has a lock symbol, this means the Thinker has not yet received their assessment results. Thinkers need to make sure they have:

1. Completed their HBDI® Assessment
2. Received their results through a session with their Certified Practitioner or in the Understanding My Profile module under My Journey. 

How to Access HBDI® Results: Steps for "Code Unlock" Thinkers

Many Thinkers will receive their HBDI® results through their Certified Practitioner (CP). The CP may hold a large-group debrief session or debrief on an individual/team-basis. 

With code unlock, HBDI® Assessment results are locked for a Thinker until after they receive their results from their CP.

After taking the assessment in My Journey > Welcome, Thinkers will see the following page:

The code will be given by the CP and will be either:

1. A custom code made and distributed by the CP.
2. The Thinker's preference code (a Thinker will learn what this code is in their debrief session with their CP).

After inputing the code into the field on the page, Thinkers will be redirected to their HBDI® Digital. Thinkers have access to their results under the HBDI® Profile tab. 

Thinkers will also have access to the following:

1. All the information displayed in the My HBDI® Results on the Thinker Portal Homepage.
2. All modules under My Journey (the number of modules available will differ depending on the learning journey chosen by the Thinker's organization). 

Help! I never received an unlock code.

If the debrief session with your CP has passed and you still do not have access to your results, or have instructions on when your results will become available to you, please contact your CP, who can unlock the results manually.

If you don't have the contact information from your CP, please submit a help center request. 

How to Access HBDI® Results: Steps for "Self-Paced" Thinkers

Many organizations chose to have their Thinkers learn about the Whole Brain® Thinking model and their HBDI® results through a self-guided learning journey, available under the My Journey tile on the Thinker Portal homepage. 

The entire process of taking the HBDI® Assessment and completing the learning modules takes 90 - 120 minutes, however, Thinkers can complete the modules at their own pace (while being mindful of any completion deadlines set by their organization or Certified Practitioner). 

The modules must be completed sequentially. The next module will not open for a Thinker until the precious one is marked as 100% complete.

Progress on completion can be seen under the My Journey tile on the homepage, on the right-hand side.
