You were provided a web key by your HBDI® Certified Practitioner to use to access your HBDI® assessment. However, when you try to submit the web key you see the error message below:
How to Fix It
This error typically happens when you try to copy and paste the web key into the web key field. Operating systems sometimes add an additional space to a copied string of text. When that string of text is pasted into the web key field, the system detects the space and claims it is an invalid key. The fix is to either manually type in the web key or to ensure that there are no spaces in the web key field after pasting it.
- Webkeys are Case Sensitive
- Webkeys can contain a Zero or an "O"
