As with all troubleshooting scenarios, the more detail in the request, the better! That is why we have established some simple guidelines to help the HBDI support community provide effective and quick support. As always, if you don't find the answer to your question or need additional support, you can always submit a support request.
- Include the HBDI Product you have a question about in the post title. For example, if asking how to invite a Thinker to complete an assessment in Axon you would title the post "(Axon) How do I invite a Thinker to complete an assessment?"
- Be as detailed as possible. The more detail you add to your question, the quicker our support community can get to answering your question. Information such as type of browser, operating system, etc. can help the community determine the best resolution for your issue.
- Search before you post. Who knows? Somebody may have answered the same question you have in a past troubleshooting post.
