There's a new process for giving Thinkers access to the HBDI® Digital.
In the past a Certified Practitioner (CP) would either have to add the HBDI® Digital to the Invitation or generate an HBDI® Digital for a Thinker, somewhat manually.
But now that most Thinkers around the globe have access to the Thinker Portal, CPs no longer have to add the HBDI® Digital to Invitations or add the HBDI Digital to any Thinker who completed the HBDI in Axon.
Thinkers can simply go to the Thinker Portal: https://journey.herrmannsolutions.net
(Note: Some regions do not have automated access to the Thinker Portal: currently Japan & China.)
And there, they will have access to the HBDI® Digital AFTER they unlock their results.
In order to preserve the Certified Practitioner's control as to when a Thinker gets their results, the Practitioner can either provide the Thinker with a Custom Code they've included in the invitation process, or the CP can provide the Thinker with their Preference Code. Until the Thinker is provided with that code, their HBDI Results are "locked."
Unlocking HBDI® Results
NOTE: If the Thinker has been given access to the Thinker journey e-learning activities, they will be able to unlock their HBDI® results by going through the series of learning activities in the "My Journey" tile on the Thinker Portal.
If a Thinker is not using the Journey activities to unlock their HBDI® Results, they'll need either the Custom Code the CP entered in creating the Invitation, or their Preference Code (example: 1122 or 1121 etc.) provided to the Thinker by the CP.
A Thinker completes the HBDI® Assessment and just after submitting, they'll see a page that provides a link to the Thinker Portal. This link is also sent to them in a confirmation email.
When a Thinker arrives at the Thinker Portal, this is what they will see...note the "lock."
Clicking on the "Unlock Your Results" or "Resume" next to the Get My Results option will open this page:
Here the Thinker will enter either the Custom Code provided by the CP or their HBDI® Preference Code...the four digit code that contains 1's, 2's or 3's...Example: 1231.
Once unlocked, the Thinker will be taken to the opening page of the HBDI® Digital Results.
