Herrmann continues to add new features to the Herrmann Axon Platform. Currently we are introducing the Journey E-learning Exercises as a way to have a Thinker unlock their HBDI® Results AND the Share and Compare Exercises to allow a Thinker to learn more about their Thinking Preferences and then share their Preferences with others in their organization. These new features are available to Certified Practitioners (CPs) with a valid contract with Herrmann.
As a Certified Practitioner, you would probably like to see what the Thinkers can have access to BEFORE they have access. And we would like to make that happen.
Features like the Journey E-learning and the Share and Compare Exercises are made available by Organization or better known in Axon as Data Roles.
In order to allow CPs access to those new Features before their Thinkers, we have been creating some Demo Data Roles. So if you are interested, you'll need to reach out to your Herrmann Representative.
Here's how it works for CPs who want to try out the new Features from a Thinker's perspective. Once Herrmann Support has created the Demo data role you will:
Login to the Thinker side of the Herrmann Platform by going to:
https://journey.herrmannsolutions.net/thinker (Use the same username and password you do to login to Axon.)
The Journey exercises should be visible in the "My Journey" tile. And below those exercises, you'll also see the Share and Compare Exercises. You'll want to ask your Herrmann Representative to also include a few others in the Demo Data Role so you can experience the sharing opportunities.
Try these exercises out at your convenience. If you haven't unlocked your HBDI® Results in the portal, you will need to go through the Journey Exercises to "Get Your Results". The "locked" status upon entry is what Thinkers will experience.
Attached are a couple of PDF Documents that give a little more detail for the Share and Compare Feature.
Please note: In order to give you this "early" access, we have added a Data Role to your Data Roles in Axon. This means that when you create invitations in the future, you will see an new Data Role that is called: (your organization name) ~ NEW Feature Demo ~ Do NOT Use. We've named it this way to reduce the confusion. You really do NOT want to use this Data Role. The features there are temporary and only for Demo purposes.
When you are ready to "toggle" on a feature for a valid Data Role, so that your Thinkers have access, you'll just need to contact your Herrmann Representative, and we will make that happen.
