If you have access to the new Thinker Portal and the HBDI® Digital, you'll have a new step in the Invitation creation to determine how you would like your Thinkers to gain access to their results.

When your Thinkers have completed the HBDI® Survey, they will see a link at the end of the survey and that same link is provided in an email. They will be able to access the Thinker Portal.
Thinkers will be taken to the Thinker Portal, and it will be "locked" like this:
When a Thinker clicks on "Unlock Your Results" they be presented with a page where they can enter the Custom Code you prepared in your Invitation creation, or they can enter their HBDI Preference Code you provide to them.
Now you have given them access to their results, the HBDI® Digital, and access to the HBDI® Mobile App.
Note: Anyone using a mobile device or laptop can enter the URL: https://journey.herrmannsolutions.net/thinker
and enter the Thinker portal with the account information they created when they were invited to complete the HBDI® assessment.
