This thinking styles assessment results in a profile of your "preferred" thinking styles. By understanding your thinking style preferences you can achieve greater appreciation for how you learn, make decisions, solve problems, communicate, and why you do these and other things the way you do. The assessment measures preferences rather than skills.
It is not a test; there are no wrong answers. Please respond to the questions as authentically as possible, keeping in mind your total self, at work as well as at home. The assessment should take you about 20-30 minutes to complete.
The HBDI is highly validated and was created over 30 years ago by Ned Herrmann, founder of Herrmann International. The work began while Ned was at General Electric working with senior executives. Since that time, the HBDI has been used in a variety of business and educational settings, many of which are Fortune 100 companies and major educational institutions around the world. There are significant benefits acquired from the HBDI and Whole Brain Thinking, both personally and professionally.
