At times, there may be a Thinker that does not receive their HBDI® Digital Results email from Axon. Due to many available email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL, etc.), it is hard to individually troubleshoot when this occurs beyond the email delivery verification (our support staff can let you know if the email was sent and successfully delivered).
If a Thinker needs the URL to their HBDI® Digital Results, send them the below URL to them in an email. The link will take the Thinker directly to their HBDI® Digital Results package.
Please note that the Thinker may have to log in using the login credentials used during their assessment to access the HBDI® Digital Results. If they Thinker is unable to access their HBDI®, please submit a support request.
