The below error occurs when a user attempts to generate Digital Delivery for a migrated HBDI® assessment.
Migrated HBDI® assessments do not automatically create User Accounts at the moment. Therefore, it is required to create an associated User Account for a migrated assessment that you wish to send an HBDI® Digital Results Delivery to. Unfortunately, only Axon admin have the access required to create User Accounts.
How to Link a Migrated Assessment to a User Account
If you wish to link a migrated HBDI® assessment to a User Account, please submit a ticket by emailing a request to email@example.com or by clicking here. Please include information such as:
- Thinker's First and Last Name
- Email used by Thinker to complete the assessment
An Axon admin will then link the migrated assessment to a User Account and notify you once it is done. You will then be able to generate the HBDI® Digital Results Delivery.
