The Practitioner Portal homepage also allows you to contact the Account Management team with which you have been assigned. To contact your account management (AM) team from Practitioner Portal, first, click on the Contact Your Team button on the Practitioner Portal home page.
On the Contact Your Team page, there are several methods to contact your AM team. You can fill out the Contact the Service Desk form to send a message to the entire AM team. Alternatively, you can contact a AM team member directly by phone or email.
