Click on the Think Store square on the Home page
Searching for an Item:
At the top right of your window, you will see a search box
This can be used to search for items in the Think Store by typing in the name of the items you are looking for:
After typing in the item, you would like to find click on the magnifying glass to the right, or hit Enter on your keyboard.
The results of your search will show up, and you can click on any of the items that appear for more details or to order.
You can browse all the products by clicking on any of the Item Categories
To purchase HBDI reports, select HBDI Reports & Materials
Then scroll to the item you would like to order. (For most it will be the first option “Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) Profile Results Package, includes Soft Copy”)
If you click on the item you will receive a detailed description of what is included with this item
Adding to Cart
Click ADD TO CART
A screen will pop up for you to enter the following information:
- Name of Group or Ind to Complete HBDI (name of group or manager of the team/group)
- Roster: 1 First & Last Name Per Line (list the names if purchasing for others)
- Participant E-mail Address(es) (Enter the email addresses for the individuals if known)
- Update the quantity to match the total number of packages you are placing the order for.
- Click ADD TO CART
Click Proceed to Checkout if no other items need to be purchased or Continue Shopping if you need to add additional items.
Review the item(s) in your cart and if accurate, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
On the next page, you will enter your shipping and billing information.
If the Shipping Address that is shown is not where this order needs to be sent, click on Change Address. If the address is correct but any details need to adjusted, you can simply click Edit Address and make changes as needed.
If Change Address is clicked, it will take you to a screen with all previous addresses that have been used to ship orders for your account. Click SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS under the address you would like to ship to.
Choose the type of delivery you would like to use or, if you have your own FedEx Account number, select the first option (Bill My FEDEX Account) and enter your account number in the box below:
Scroll down on the screen and you will see an area to enter:
Date the order is required: Pick a date 1-2 days prior to your scheduled workshop or debrief. (This is the date you need to have items in hand to prepare for your session, this should not be your session date)
Memo/Notes: Please add a note if you choose to for internal tracking or reference.
You will then enter your payment and billing information. You can pay via Credit/Debit Card or click on Invoice, to be billed for the order.
If your Billing Address is different than the shipping address. Unclick this box:
All addresses associated with your account will show up below and you can select the appropriate one.
Click Continue and you will be taken to a screen to review your order.
Placing Your Order
Verify that all information is accurate and if it is, click on PLACE ORDER. If it is not accurate, please make edits as necessary.
Once your order is submitted you will get a confirmation screen, and a confirmation email:
And you can review and track this order in the Order History Section under the My Account Square:
